Wheeling in Nature – God’s Beauty Outside & People’s Beauty Inside

We enjoyed an awesome day at the Wheeling in Nature Sedona Event with the AZ Spinal Cord Injury Association! This year’s 2^nd annual event was held down at Red Rock Crossing-Crescent Moon Ranch that sits below beautiful Cathedral Rock. After having cooler weather & rain…we were blessed with a warm 75 degree pure blue sky day! It was just perfect!

We had people attend from all over Arizona. The AzSCIA came up from Phoenix, the Director and his wife came from Payson, some came down from Northern AZ from the Flagstaff support group, as well as people from the Sedona area! We all enjoyed a BBQ and then a stroll down to the creek. Some walked, some rolled. Just to be outside in God’s beautiful creation…the blue sky, warm air, magnificent Red Rocks, the flowing water of the creek, the trees that will begin to make the turn to their Fall colors was so much beauty! Then to enjoy conversation with all of the different people there, get to know them, & hear their “story” was so much beauty in itself as well!

It is so important to see people for “who” they are by getting to know the person they are on the inside. We were all created for a purpose. Don’t let people’s looks or circumstances define who they are, seek them out from within…their heart, mind, personality & character. Each day we encourage you to look for, notice, and appreciate the beauty of this life…God’s beauty of His creation & the beauty within others.
